Welcome to Padickle ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”)

• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to provide the booked service.
• Refunds for canceled bookings will not be credited back to your original payment method but will instead be credited to your Padickle wallet for future bookings.

The Padickle wallet is a closed system:

• No external funds can be added to the wallet.
• Wallet credits can only be used for rebooking canceled reservations and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Wallet balances do not expire and remain available for future use.

• Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, with no warranties regarding accuracy, performance, or uninterrupted service.
• We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our facilities or Services.
• Your use of our website/App is at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, we will notify affected users via email or phone and may offer alternative dates or refunds as applicable.

• Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
• We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the privacy practices, terms, or content of any third-party sites.

• We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, technical failures).

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
